Whether it’s understanding hospice, transitioning a loved one into a senior living community, or planning for long-term care, I have dedicated my career to making the process easier, more informed, and, most importantly, guilt-free for families.

As a senior living expert, consultant, and author, my mission is simple: encourage, educate, empower, and advocate.

I didn’t just read about senior living—I lived it.

• I’ve worked in hospice, assisted living, and memory care for years, sitting with families as they faced the hardest decisions of their lives.
